How to fix: "This pc doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11"
- Jun 20, 2024
I've encountered a similar problem before, and it took me a long time to solve it. It sounds like your hardware meets the requirements of Windows 11, but the installation process is still stuck. This situation is sometimes not a hardware problem, but the Windows installer itself is too strict in checking the system environment.
I finally solved it with WinBootsMate. This tool is a bit niche, but it works well.

It can help you skip some of the detection steps of Windows 11 and make the installation process go smoothly.

Barbara830 I am a Windows 10 user and wish to remove the "Great news—your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Specific timing for when it will be offered can vary as we get it ready for you." banner on the Update & Security section in the settings.
Would your advice mean allowing my system to download Windows 11 updates onto my Windows 10? I hope not as I prefer my machine to continue downloading updates for Windows 10.
