This error means the current computer is not officially supported by Windows 11 because of missing hardware component such as CPU, Secure Boot or TPM 2.0. You can either buy a Windows 11 compatible device or install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware with the help of third-party software or manually modifying the registry during installing.
