How to enable dark mode and adjust to a higher resolution for applications in Windows 11?
The system theme has been set to dark mode, but some system interfaces, application windows, or dialog boxes still display in light mode, and their interface resolution or scaling appears low. It is necessary to confirm whether this is a known limitation of the component, and if there are methods to forcibly enable dark mode or adjust its independent display resolution/scaling to match the overall visual style and clarity of the system.

Not all applications or system components have full or native support for dark mode. Some legacy or third-party applications may default to light mode or ignore system-wide theme settings.
