How to disable the "Getting started" dialog when logging in the first time?

Hello,

I am running Win11 and looking for a method to disable the "Getting started" dialog, that appears when a Users logs in the first time. I mean the dialog, where you have to disable that Microsoft knows your location, or gets all your data, ... . I think it has to be in the regedit or gpedit because it also has to be disabled, when I create a new User.

Cannot find yet a solution through Google, but will let you know if I do. Do you know a way to do that?
