How to convert M4A to FLAC on Win 11? Is there an easy way?

I’ve been there — online converters always mess with the quality. I use AudioKiees, super easy to batch convert M4A to FLAC without losing sound quality.
You can check this tutorial: (worked great for me)

Actually, I have tried to convert M4A to FLAC using Windows Media Player before, but this method is a bit roundabout. In short, although Windows Media Player does not directly support M4A to FLAC, it can achieve the purpose through some settings, which is suitable for friends who do not want to download additional tools.
My steps at that time were as follows:
- Open Windows Media Player and import the M4A file into the "Media Library" first.
- Then right-click the file and select the conversion settings in "Options" (here you must first confirm that the player can play M4A normally).
- Then I selected "Save as FLAC", set the save path, and finally click Convert and wait for it to run slowly.
To be honest, the speed is not fast, and batch operations are a bit troublesome. However, for people who don't like to install tools or occasionally convert one or two files, this method is still reliable. If you have also tried this method, do you have any more efficient operations to share? 😄
