How to change a disk GUID on Windows 11?
I went through the process of expanding the EFI partition on my system. However it appears that the new EFI partition got its own GUID. Is there way to assign it back to what everything else on the drive is assigned?

You need to format the drive with GPT and reinstall windows.

Yes, it is possible to assign the new EFI partition's GUID back to the original or desired value, but you need to be cautious. The EFI System Partition (ESP) typically has a specific GUID (Partition ID) that Windows and UEFI firmware recognize, and changing it can sometimes cause boot issues if not done carefully.
