How to block Steam from using Bluetooth on Windows 11?
Steam’s controller support is frustrating because it connects automatically, even when I want to use other apps like DS4 or reWASD. How can I disable Steam's Bluetooth access on Windows 11?

I had the same issue. To stop Steam from automatically connecting to your controller, open Steam > Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings, then uncheck the boxes for the controllers you don’t want Steam to manage. This should disable Steam’s Bluetooth access without affecting other apps like DS4 or reWASD. Hope this helps!
