Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic
Faulty RAM is a common hardware cause of BSODs.

Choose to Restart now and check for problems. Your PC will reboot and run the test.
Perform a System Restore
If the problem started recently, you can use System Restore to revert your system files and settings to an earlier point in time without affecting your personal files.
Search for Create a restore point and open it. Click System Restore and follow the prompts.
If you have tried all the steps above and the BSOD problem continues, it may indicate a more serious hardware failure with components like the hard drive, RAM, or motherboard. In this case, it's best to contact your PC manufacturer's support or a professional repair service for assistance.
