How do I write the Win11 ISO format to a USB flash drive?

I don't want to use third-party tools. I just want to know how the official version of this format file is installed on new machines. Is there an official method?

Microsoft provides the official tool to create installation media and using that you can easily write Windows 11 ISO to USB flash drive:
