How do I pin a desktop shortcut to the Start Menu?

Solved! Here's what to do: Create the shortcut on desktop, Press Win + R, then type shell:programs and press Enter. Copy the shortcut previously created and paste them there. Then go to the Start menu, in the All section select Other, your shortcuts are there, now right-click on the shortcut and select Pin to Start. Done.
