You should first find another computer and prepare for Windows 11 bootable USB in order to install Windows 11 on new PC.
Step 1. Visit the Microsoft Windows 11 download page. Download the Media Creation Tool.
Step 2. Run the Media Creation Tool and select Create installation media . Choose your language, edition, and architecture (64-bit is recommended). Select USB flash drive and follow the instructions to create the bootable USB.
Step 3: Boot the new PC and choose the USB drive.
Step 4: When the Windows installation wizard shows up, follow the screen instruction to install Windows 11 on new PC without operating system.
