How do I enable a 6GHz hotspot on Windows 11 with a Qualcomm 865 network adapter?

I saw online that Windows 11 now supports 6GHz hotspots, but my device (which has a Qualcomm 865 network card) currently only supports up to 5GHz. Are there any specific settings, drivers, or system version requirements needed to enable the 6GHz hotspot feature?

Ensure you're running Windows 11 (Build 22H2 or later), as support for Wi-Fi 6E and 6GHz hotspots was introduced with recent updates.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Wi-Fi adapter is limited to 5GHz and below. To use 6GHz hotspots, you need a compatible Wi-Fi 6E network card or adapter that supports the 6GHz band.

I've got two W11 PCs with newest updates. One with Qualcomm FastConnect 6900 DBS and one with Intel AX211 WiFi 6E cards. Both can not create 6GHz HotSpot.

Where did you found information that Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 cannot create 6GHz SoftAP?
