How do I change the Windows 11 startup sound?

I am unable to change the startup sound on WIndows 11. How do I change it?   I have already changed the registry and was able to change the startup sound to the one I want. However it's still using...

    Double check your Registry Edit and make sure its properly setup otherwise other than that I am at a loss of what the issue could be. Strange. I would definitely report this to the Feedback Hub and see if they have a solution.
