How do I activate and upgrade to the Pro edition on a new computer running the Windows 11 Preview?

If your current version is Windows 11 Home Insider Preview, you must activate it with proper license. You can ask the seller about the license.
You can also refer this support article to locate your product key:
Once you've Windows 11 Home activated, you can purchase Pro edition at around 100 USD from Settings > System > Activation > Open in Store (next to upgrade).
