How can I upgrade Windows 10 to 11 without losing data and programs on unsupported cpu?

This is a pretty easy job now. I successfully upgraded my dell laptop to the latest Windows 11 25H2 from Windows 10. In fact, the cpu (i5-6300U) is not supported by Windows 11. And it does not have TPM 2.0 as well.
