How can I upgrade to Windows 11 on AMD cpu from Windows 10?

A DIY PC build on 2018. The cpu is AMD Athlon 200 GE processor, 8GB RAM DDR4, ADATA 256GB SSD and a built-in graphics card. I double checked the update section in settings and there is no option for ...
