If you forgot the password of one admin account, then you can unlock HP laptop with another admin account. This method allows you to reset the password for the locked account without the need for a password reset disk or security questions.  

1. Start by logging in to your HP laptop with the secondary administrator account. If you have multiple accounts, select the one with administrative privileges from the login screen.
