How can I retrieve deleted text messages from iPhone without backup on Windows 11?
Restoring from an iTunes/Finder backup is effective but pretty heavy-handed. When you retrieve deleted text messages from a backup, your current iPhone data gets wiped and replaced with the data from that backup. So, if you’ve got new photos, messages, or notes since that backup was made, they’ll be gone. Basically, you lose everything added after the backup date.
You can’t pick and choose specific messages to restore. It’s an all-or-nothing deal. If only a few texts are needed, you might end up restoring way more info than you want to. Sometimes, backups don’t have the messages you’re after if those texts were deleted before the last backup. So, if your backup was made before the messages got deleted, restoring it won’t bring those texts back.
If you retrieve deleted text messages iPhone from an old backup can cause conflicts with current data. For example, All your operations on the iPhone will be restored to the original Settings. Resulting in confusion or inconsistent data. Restoring from a backup may take a while, especially if the backup data is large. In addition, you may need to re-enter passwords, settings, or re-download apps afterwards.
