How can I remove the black borders in Windhawk on Windows 11?
While using Windhawk, a black border appears. I would like to remove it and make the background transparent. How should I configure or modify it?

The black border usually comes from the theme or mod you’re using in Windhawk, not from Windows itself.
Try these steps:
- Open Windhawk → Installed Mods.
- Find the mod that modifies the UI (for example Windows 11 Taskbar Styler / Theme mods).
- Open Settings for that mod and change the background value to transparent (or remove the border/outline setting).
- Click Apply / Restart Explorer.
If the border is still there, temporarily disable the mod to confirm which one is creating the black background.

Regarding the black border issue, it's possible that you're experiencing a visual effect known as "Acrylic Material" or "Acrylic Blur" in Windows 11. This effect adds a blurred background and a black border around windows to improve visual appearance.

Windhawk is a customization framework for Windows that allows you to tweak various visual elements, including borders and backgrounds. If a black border appears around a specific element or window and you want to remove it or make the background transparent, you'll typically need to modify or add a custom style or theme.

Find the script or configuration file responsible for the overlay or window appearance. This might be a custom script or a preset you are using.

Sometimes, a custom theme or visual style can override Windhawk tweaks.
