How can I increase the size of Windows 11 system dialog boxes and the system font in them.

This is the next step is System Settings, display, enable custom system scaling proposes 145% (You have to manually enter the zoom) then log out, it is necessary to make changes, write if it works?

Yes RTmaki2000 I agree entirely!!!
Developers you are missing the point. Changing text size and/or scaling does NOT change the size of text in dialog boxes. It changes the tabs, the icon text etc etc but NOT dialog box text which is so very small that a severely visually impaired person such as myself even with a very large 34" monitor still cannot read the text in the dialog boxes.
Please tell us how to solve this problem as using dialog boxes for opening, saving, etc etc is so difficult that I have to get someone else to do it for me. This totally defeats the purpose!!!!
Clearly this should happen automatically with scaling, but it does NOT!
thankyou
