Hold Shift when clicking Restart in the Power menu
Tip of the Week: If you want to boot into the recovery screens, hold Shift when clicking Restart in the Power menu
To add a little more context to your tip: holding Shift while clicking Restart bypasses the normal fast startup process and forces Windows to boot directly into the Advanced Startup Options (also known as the Windows Recovery Environment or WinRE).
