HLK server cannot recognize client platform information

During our HLK testing, the Hardware Lab Kit was unable to recognize platform information.
Environment configuration:
server：windows server
client：windows 11
Through a switch, connect the server and client together, and the client and server can ping each other.
The server segment can obtain the device information of the client, but cannot obtain the platform information.
