Help with Error Message on my computer
This morning, I performed a system restore, but it went wrong. So, I had to ask a local technician for help. He was very professional and saved me from the brink of a blue screen!
I reinstalled the Windows 11, and all programs, applications and games were restored. Everything returned to normal and I'm very happy.
The only problem I'm currently facing is that every time the computer shuts down and restarts, a screenshot prompt appears, showing a warning message about a real-time update error. I have no idea what this is related to, but as long as I click "OK", the computer can run normally.
Do you have any ideas? What is this related to? I have cleared the DNS, reset the router, and restarted it five times, but still see this prompt.

You can disable the startup item causing this error message on the Startup tab in Task Manager, or you can use Event Viewer to identify the application triggering the message.
Carefully read the warning message to note any specific error codes or details.
Hi, this sounds more like a program starting with Windows than a DNS or router problem. The exact message and the name shown in its title bar would help a lot. Check Task Manager > Startup apps and Reliability Monitor for an application that fails at each boot, especially an updater restored by the technician. You can disable one suspicious startup entry at a time and restart to identify it. Once found, update, repair, or reinstall that specific program from its official source. Please do not use registry cleaners. If you can add a clear screenshot with any personal details hidden, someone can identify the component more precisely.
