Help with cpu running at 50% all the time
I have a laptop running windows xp sp3 and after it starts up it will run between 50% and 70%. The program doing it is called CSRSS.EXE. I tried to stop it and i can't because windows tell me it can'...
The key to solving this is that CSRSS.EXE isn't the problem itself—it's being forced to work overtime by something else on your system . Think of it like a 911 operator; if every call is an emergency, the operator gets very busy, but the operator isn't the cause of the emergencies.
