Help to solve an error while trying to upgrade Windows from 23H2 to 25H2

Hello all, 

              I face a problem when i am trying to upgrade my windows 11 23H2 to 25H2. i found too many discussions explaining how to solve the problem and i tried everything without success. I Factory reset windows and tried to upgrade again but again without success.

While searching on the internet i found this post on this page  Error when Upgrading Windows from 23H2 to 25H2 | Microsoft Community Hub from someone else who had the same problem. 

Another user sugggested to check the log file at  C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setuperr.log for rollback errors and the member after he read the log file found out his issue was some drivers.

I found that file on my laptop but i cant understand what is the issue. i will post it here if someone can help to locate the issue and fix the problem.
