Get Help app shows " There was a problem reaching the app"
Whenever I open the Get Help app, I always see the following message:
“There was a problem reaching the apps.”
An image of an animal biting a cable is also displayed. When I first saw this image, I thought the problem might be related to my network connection, possibly a damaged LAN cable or another network-related issue.
To rule out a cable problem, I replaced my existing network cable with a new, good-quality Cat6 Ethernet cable and connected it directly to my computer. However, the same problem still occurs.
I then tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- I downloaded the latest version of Windows 11 Pro from your official website onto a USB flash drive.
- I use a Gen 4 NVMe SSD exclusively for Windows. I completely formatted the SSD and performed a completely fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro using the USB flash drive.
- After completing the fresh Windows installation, I opened the Get Help app again to check whether the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, the same “There was a problem reaching the apps” message appeared again.
- I then tried another method. I went to the Windows 11 download page on your official website and selected the third option to download the Windows 11 ISO file.
- After downloading the ISO file, I used it to update Windows. Once the update was completed, I opened the Get Help app and checked again.
Unfortunately, the same problem still occurs even after performing both a completely fresh Windows installation and a Windows update using the ISO file.
I would appreciate your help in identifying the actual cause of this problem and providing a permanent solution.
