Freeze and restart

My PC started freezing and restarting continually if left. After removing the last Quality update it is working fine. I am now using the Win 11 Beta 266220.7552 ge_release. This happened a few months ago and I had to remove the latest quality update and stop updates, after a few weeks it was OK.
