Folder names in medium icon view are not centered in Windows 11 Explorer

I am experiencing an alignment issue with folder names in Windows 11 22H2, build 22621.2861 when the folder view is set to medium size. The names are off-center, but they appear correctly centered when the view is changed to large icons. I suspect that resolving this alignment problem may involve modifying the registry settings. I have attached a visual of the issue for reference. Despite installing the Windows 11 23H2 update, this problem remains unresolved. Thank you for your assistance.

Sometimes folder view settings can get corrupted. You can reset folder view settings:
    Open File Explorer.
Click on the three dots (...) in the top right corner, and select Options.
In the Folder Options window, go to the View tab.
Click on Reset Folders. Confirm any prompts to reset.

Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings. In the Scale and layout section, ensure that the scaling is set to 100% or 125%. Sometimes setting it to more than that can cause various display issues.

    1.Update Windows 11:

Make sure your Windows 11 is up-to-date. Go to Settings > Windows Update and click on Check for updates.

    2.Adjust Display Settings:

Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
Check the Scale and layout settings. Experiment with different scaling options (like 100%, 125%, 150%) to see if it has any effect on folder name alignment.
    3.hange Folder View:

Open File Explorer and switch to a different view (like List View) and then switch back to Medium Icons to see if this resets the layout.

Sometimes, simply restarting the Windows Explorer process can resolve display issues:

1.Right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager.
2.In the Processes tab, find Windows Explorer.
    3.Right-click it and select Restart.
