Fix for blurry Paramount+ and other apps on Windows 11
If the Paramount+ Windows app looks blurry, pixelated, or worse than browser streaming (even on a high-speed connection and 4K screen), here's the fix that worked for me: Go to Settings → System → ...
This trick can also work for other streaming apps like Netflix or Disney+ Store apps, and even for Chrome if you set its GPU preferences.
