Firefox deleted everything for me because of the profiles
A profile tab appeared.
so I lost everything!
I've tried lots of things since waking up and Google nothing works.
Basically he deleted my profile from last night and asked me to create a new profile
there are no others even about: profiles there are none
so I have a very old bookmark file but there are no mdps with it
what to do?

If the old profile is completely gone, and no backups exist, data recovery depends on whether the files were deleted or lost due to disk corruption.
Open File Explorer.
Navigate to: C:\Users\<Your Username>\
Look for a folder named something like Profile, AppData, or similar.
Sometimes, Windows creates a new profile but keeps the old profile data in a different location.
