File History Backup only shows one Drive C:
My file history backup only does my C: drive. I have no choice to do my D: drive.
My old Windows 10 PC would let me select anything on my D: drive.
I backup to an external USB 3.0 SSD.

Yeah, that’s a known quirk in Windows 11 — File History now only supports C: (user folders). If you want to back up your D: drive too, you’ll need to use Backup and Restore (System Image) or a third-party tool like Macrium Reflect to include all drives. Check this tutorial: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-system-image-backup-in-windows-11.

File History primarily backs up user folders, not whole drives.
To back up D:, add specific folders from D: into your backup set or switch to a drive imaging tool.
For full drive backups, consider a dedicated disk imaging or cloning tool.
