Totally terrible. Have no idea where files are going or where they reside. It likes to decide what programs are run in the background so one has to hunt thru task manager when machine is taking forever to execute. When you're fighting to turn unwanted stuff off, that's when you're hit with an intrusive in your face upsell ad. They say it's optimized. It's optimized to corral your data & upsell you for more cloud storage.
