i have see many problems with windows is ram usage and i have very simple concepts call low ram mode in windows the ideas is just one button they kills all unnecessary apps and service similar to playing game but less apps and service running there annnd there are many services that you dont uses however you can selects what service you still use for better flexibility :D please windows 11 add this option and this also helps lower co2 and ram temp and more free ram and faster
