Failure to Follow Open Lid Instructions

Running Windows 11 Pro on a Lenovo Yoga 7i 14, I utilized the DO nothing feature (refer to the screenshot). Despite this, I noticed that the computer still powers on each time I lift the lid.

I navigated to the Lenovo Vantage app and disabled the "flip to boot" setting as well.

After putting the laptop to sleep, closing the lid, and reopening it, the device turns on and directs me to the logon screen. Any suggestions on how to address this issue?
