Event ID 566, The system session has transitioned from 197 to 199
This event ID pops up in the event log when my monitor wakes up. I don't know the exact cause of this and why the monitor wakes without sometimes when I'm doing anything. Is it possible to get more info about this? Checked the task scheduler and found nothing from there that can cause it.

These are usually normal logs, and you only need to pay attention to whether they are accompanied by performance issues or errors.
