Error code 0x800f081f for newest security update (Aug8,23)

I tried several times to install the most recent security update - it downloads, starts installation and stops at 25% and (now 13 times) gives me that error code. I already deactivated Norton360, but no change. Can someone please help me to get this update up and running?
