Embed custom icon with desktop (url) shortcut

Hi all ...

I have created several Model Driven (power) Apps for our organisation.
Now, on my desktop, i created a few shortcuts with the URL of the app as destination.

In the properties of each shortcut, i assigned a custom pictogram. This all works perfect.

However, sharing this shortcut is not an option since they wont see the custom pictogram since it does not exist on theyre workstation.

Is there a way i can send these people a mail with attachement: "Save this on your desktop, and doubleclick it whenever you want to open the app!", and use custom pictograms. These users are people that don't use a computer on a regular base and not computer savy.

I hope my question is clear enough?
