The same just happened to me. Windows 11 got an update that set up Bing as the default search engine on Edge. This is a blatant disregard for the user's preferences. Very frustrating! Sad that instead of improving Bing to the point where people would actually want to use it, they prefer to be sneaky instead and try to trick us into using it.
