DVD won't auto start in Windows 11
I get this message when trying to play a video I had from several years ago. It is not a movie, but a homemade one. the file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Ple...

- Enable AutoPlay: Settings → Bluetooth & devices → AutoPlay → On; set “DVD video” to “Media Player”
- Associate DVD file types: Settings → Apps → Default apps → search “Media Player” → set .vob/.ifo/.mpeg to Media Player
- If Media Player is missing (Windows N): install Media Feature Pack via Settings → Optional features → Add a feature
- Run AutoPlay policy check: gpedit.msc → Computer Config → Admin Templates → Windows Components → AutoPlay → “Turn off AutoPlay” = Disabled
- Open DVD manually: Win+R → wmplayer D: → press Play
