Dual boot Windows OS's on different drives?
I currently have Windows 11 installed as my only OS. I want to install Windows 11 as a second OS on a different drive (my main OS drive is only 500GB). I was reading how to make a dual boot Windows setup but the information I read didn't go into detail about how to create dual boot OS's on different drives but it did say this was possible.
Could someone please explain how to properly set up dual boot OS's on different drives? I understand how to install Windows but what I don't understand is how do I get my PC to give me boot options to select the OS I want to start when I boot up?
PC Specs:
MSI Gaming Pro Carbon X470, Ryzen 5800X, Corsair 32GB 3600Mhz CL25 RAM, Sapphire Nitro+ RX 6900 XT
I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Insert the bootable USB drive containing the Windows installation media and restart your PC. Enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing DEL, F2, or another key during boot up) and set the boot order to prioritize the USB drive.

To choose from which device to boot on a MSI Gaming Pro Carbon X470, you need to press F11.
Some versions of Linux are 'clever' enough and detect when there is another OS, prompting a boot device choice automatically. But if that's not your case, then press F11 before you load into any OS and choose the disk you want to boot from.
