DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE on Windows 11

Hello,

I'm having an issue when restarting and shutting down Windows 11, it takes forever then I get the blue screen with the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error.

I tried disabling the "Turn on fast startup" but that didn't work.

I have seen on other discussions that you can check the dump files.

Please let me know what info I should be submitting and how to upload them.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Update your graphics card/motherboard chipset drivers, and disable PCI Express > Link State Power Management in Power Options > Change Advanced Power Settings.
