Double-clicking Outlook system tray icons no longer restores the app since Moment 2 update

frederick_hope I have the same problem, but I'm not sure if I have the same Outlook you all are talking about, as my settings section looks quite different:
In particular, there is no "advanced" section in the settings. I'm on Windows 11 22H2.

vnicolici You're using the 'New Outlook' which can be opted in and out of with the toggle at the top-right corner:
I am using the same version these days but as you've pointed out, the problem still exists.

frederick_hope Yeah, previously I was using the Windows Mail client, but I am trying to switch to this Outlook. I contacted support about the issue, but they couldn't reproduce it (or they didn't understand the problem). I'll have to send them a recording with the problem.

One of my colleagues checked with the Windows Team and the fix is supposed to be in production Win 11 23H2 October and later. He and I are on Beta and see it fixed there. My Beta is currently at 23H2 build 22635.2552.
