Double-clicking Outlook system tray icons no longer restores the app since Moment 2 update

It appears that this issue is fixed for future Windows builds (a related bug was fixed for Task Manager having the same issue). The first fixed build is 22621.2050. I'm on Windows 11 Beta build 22631.2191 and I see it fixed in that build. If anyone else is on Beta and can test and double check me, please do.

I'm on Windows 11 with OS build 22621.2134 and unfortunately, I still have the same issue. I would have guessed 22621.2134 to be newer than 22621.2050, but I'm keen to see if the beta builds do indeed fix the problem.
- Gabe_BrattonThanks for checking it @Frederic_Hope. I was able to repro this previously and also submitted feedback for it on the Feedback Hub. I'll be interested to see if you still repro when you get to 22631.2191.
- Hey Gabe_Bratton - I went ahead and signed up for the Windows Insider and am now running 22621.2191. Unfortunately, it does not solve the problem for me 😞
