Double-clicking any text file in Windows 11 does not respond.

Guys, have you ever run into this issue? On Windows 11 64-bit, right-clicking on txt, html, js, css, or Word files—anything containing text—just won't open. It just spins endlessly. Double-clicking does the same thing—spins forever—but it doesn't get stuck or show as unresponsive.
