Does this features make this Windows OS more cybersecure depending on this aspects ?
The feature i am referring to in this thread´s title is language and keyboard layouts , the Windows OS i am referring in this thread´s title is Windows 11 Pro with latest version, build with all update and the aspects i am referring to in this thread´s title are: the relationships in the aspects of language and keyboard layouts between a Windows 11 Pro latest version, build with all updates that is going to be installed and has not started its installation and a previously installed Windows 11 Pro latest version, build with all updates that has cybersecurity vulnerabilities and malicious software

i am asking the following: "looking from bottom to top what are the first 2 languages that appear as available when installing Windows 11 Pro with all its updates, its latest build and version as keyboard layouts in the country with the smallest economy that if I have it configured as Country of the above mentioned operating system and what would be that operating system ? " because you say the relation is imnimal so there is a relation and i want more cybersecurity even if it is provided superfluously more than and please answer What is the Windows 11 Pro with all its updates, its latest build and version iso image more cybersecure based on its language i am asking for the same reason iI asked the previous question ?
