Does it also happen to you that Prnt Scrn doesn't work unless the window isn't in focus?

Hi,

I recently discovered Win+Shift+S and so I could notice that this combo always triggers the snipping tool on the top of the screen to take a screenshot, and that Win + PrntScrn always take a screenshot of the full screen, no matter where you are.
But PrntScrn alone (no matter if the toggle in Accessibility to have it trigger the snipping tool is active or not) often doesn't work unless I make the windows smaller (= not covering the whole screen) and click on the desktop's background so that the window loses focus.

Is this how it's intended to be?
I always had it, so it's not my current flawed install.

I wonder if it can be fixed or if alternatively PrntSrn can be mapped to Win+Shift+S.

Thanx

If the issue persists over time despite troubleshooting, you may consider reinstalling Windows or performing a reset. Ensure to back up your important files before doing this.
