Does anyone know any PDF reader that increases the PDF's text size on Windows?
In my phone I have an app called Xodo that has a Reading Mode that increases the text size and readjusts the words to fit them on my screen, is there a similar thing for Windows?

Use the “Zoom” tool (Ctrl++ ) in Adobe Acrobat Reader or the “Enlarge Text” feature in “Accessibility Tools.” Some third-party readers (such as SumatraPDF) also support custom text scaling.
