Yeah, that’s a leftover Explorer toolbar hook from Epson that didn’t clean up properly. Easiest fix is to reinstall Epson Easy Photo Print, reboot, then uninstall it again cleanly. If that doesn’t work, grab something like Autoruns from Microsoft, look under Explorer/IE toolbars, and disable the Epson entry there. Restart and the white line should be gone. Epson’s older stuff really doesn’t play nice with Windows 11.
