Do I need to de frag my HDD?
My HDD is 1TB with 268GB free of 371GB available in C drive and 532GB free of 558GB available on D drive.
I've never de fragged this laptop; do I need to and if so which programme should I use?

I quite sure it is set up to defrag regularly by default, so if you haven't changed the settings, it should be done automatically in the background.
Defragmentation is in Windows Administration Control panel.
