Displaying the duration of a video file in Win Explorer SOLVED
In Windows 11 Explorer Video files (AVI, MP4..) do not mention the video duration.
To obtain this information, you must modify the display (menu/display/details/others/duration), but this manipulation must be carried out for each folder.
Can we get, in Windows, systematic display of duration for all video files?

Currently, in Windows 11 File Explorer, the video duration (length) is not shown by default in the details view for video files like AVI, MP4, etc. You can manually add the Duration column to each folder's view, but as you've noted, this needs to be done per folder.

In Windows 11, by default, video duration is not shown in the file explorer for video files like AVI or MP4. While you can add the "Duration" column manually in each folder, this setting applies only to that folder and its subfolders.

By configuring the Details view with the Duration column and applying it to all folders, Windows 11 Explorer will systematically display the duration for all video files, saving you from manually modifying each folder.

Unfortunately, Windows File Explorer does not natively support a global setting to permanently display the duration for all video files in all folders simultaneously. The "columns" you modify are folder-specific.
